About me

I'm Helen Bennett and I am passionate about supporting people going through the challenges of fertility issues and the menopause transition.

I have lived experience of miscarriage, infertility, failed fertility treatments and premature ovarian failure/early menopause and I believe psychological therapies should be offered to ALL women and men experiencing fertility issues and miscarriage or baby loss at ANY stage, and to ALL women with challenging menopause symptoms.

I am practical, honest and friendly. I will not judge you but will accept and respect you. You are the expert on your issues. I believe all my clients have the ability to heal and grow, and counselling will give you the self-awareness, self-compassion, strength and focus to do this when you feel ready.

We will build a trusting relationship where you will feel comfortable discussing and exploring what is happening in your life.
