Helen Bennett - The Menopause Therapist

About me

I'm Helen Bennett and I am passionate about supporting people going through the challenges of infertility, hormone issues, POI (Premature Ovarian Insufficiency) and the menopause transition.

I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor and I have lived experience of miscarriage, infertility, failed fertility treatments and POI. I believe psychological therapies should be offered to everyone experiencing fertility issues and miscarriage or baby loss at any stage, and to all women/AFAB with challenging menopause symptoms.

I am practical, honest and friendly. I will not judge you but will accept and respect you. I believe you are the expert on your issues. You have the ability to heal and grow. Counselling will give you the self-awareness, self-compassion, strength and focus to do this when you feel ready.

Media appearances

I am keen to raise awareness of the issues I support clients and supervisees with, especially menopause, fertility, hormone issues and how neurodivergence may impact these and mental health.
